SMS Terms and Consent Disclosure

1. Who Sends These Messages

SMS messages are sent by Anthony Johnson (FL License #3370479), operating under Voro Florida LLC, through the Allioo.com platform. Our business SMS is registered under A2P 10DLC as required by carriers and CTIA guidelines.

2. Consent Required

We only send automated or marketing text messages to individuals who have provided express written consent specific to Allioo.com and Anthony Johnson via an unchecked opt-in checkbox on our web forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages regarding: real estate listings matching your criteria; Miami market updates; appointment reminders and transaction updates; and responses to your inquiries.

3. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies. We send no more than 3 text messages per 24-hour period. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. After opting out: you may receive one final confirmation; no further marketing messages will be sent; opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days.

6. Messaging Hours

In compliance with the TCPA and Florida Mini-TCPA, automated messages are sent only between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM local time.

7. Do Not Call Registry

We maintain an internal Do Not Contact list and cross-reference the National Do Not Call Registry. We do not contact DNC-registered numbers without prior express written consent.

8. Record Retention

SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years, including: date/time of consent; consent language presented; and IP address at time of opt-in.
