Why a SIRS is required here. Two Tequesta Point is a residential condominium of 40 stories. Florida requires every such building to have a structural integrity reserve study at least every 10 years, prepared or verified by a licensed engineer, architect or certified reserve specialist. Associations had until December 31, 2025 to complete the first one and must tell the state within 45 days of receiving it (Fla. Stat. 718.112(2)(g)).
