Section 1: Real Estate Services Platform Terms (Allioo.com)

1.1 Platform Purpose and Scope

Allioo.com is a real estate technology platform built and operated by Allioo LLC to enhance the consumer experience. While the platform was created by a licensed real estate agent, Allioo.com itself does not operate as a real estate entity or brokerage; it functions solely as a technology platform. Allioo.com is not a real estate brokerage, property portal, or agent and does not engage in real estate brokerage activities or services.

1.2 No Sensitive Information Collection

Allioo.com does not request or collect sensitive personal information from users. We will never ask for social security numbers, bank account information, or other highly sensitive personal data. Users are encouraged to refrain from sharing any sensitive information on our platform.

1.3 Document Storage

Allioo.com may receive and store certain documents related to real estate transactions, such as:

• Sale and purchase agreements

• Lease agreements

• Rental applications

• Credit reports

These documents are stored securely on Wix.com servers and Google Drive. By submitting these documents, users authorize Allioo.com to store them solely for the purposes of facilitating the intended transaction. However, Allioo is not liable for the accuracy or legality of any documents submitted by third parties or users.

1.4 Platform Infrastructure and Security

Allioo.com is built on Wix Studio and leverages Wix’s robust infrastructure, servers, and tools for security and performance. While Allioo takes reasonable steps to ensure data security, we cannot guarantee absolute security of all stored data.

1.5 Use of Real Estate Resources

Allioo.com provides educational content, calculators, and other resources for informational purposes only. These resources do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Calculators are estimates, and users should not rely on them for exact financial decisions.

1.6 No Legal or Brokerage Advice

Allioo.com does not provide legal, brokerage, or professional advice. Users are advised to consult licensed professionals for specific guidance related to real estate transactions.

1.7 Third-Party Interactions and User Responsibility

Allioo.com facilitates connections between users and third-party providers, but Allioo is not responsible for any agreements or disputes that may arise. Users are responsible for their interactions with third parties.

1.8 Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Allioo and its affiliates are not liable for damages arising from or related to the use of Allioo.com. Users agree to indemnify Allioo against any claims related to their use of the platform.

1.9 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
