Refund Policy for Web Design Services and Templates

All purchases of templates and web design services from Allioo LLC are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any templates or web design services once a transaction is complete.

Template Purchases

• No Refunds or Returns: All template sales are final. We encourage clients to thoroughly review and preview templates before making a purchase to ensure they meet their needs and expectations.

• Previews Available: Buyers are responsible for previewing templates carefully, as templates are sold “as-is.”

Web Design Services

• Non-Refundable Services: Custom builds, white-label services, and all other web design services provided by Allioo LLC are non-refundable once an agreement has been signed and payment has been made.

• Payment Structure: Payments for custom builds and white-label projects are split into two installments, due at the start of the project and upon delivery. Both installments are non-refundable upon payment.
