    • Start by submitting an inquiry form, providing some initial details about your property.

    • Once we receive your form, we’ll be in touch to discuss your property and determine if we’re a good fit to work together.

    • If we decide to move forward, you’ll create an account on Allioo, complete an onboarding form, and begin the listing process.

     

    This approach ensures we can efficiently market your property and find the right tenant.

  • The rental services are provided by Anthony Johnson, Realtor, and his dedicated team. Anthony’s broker is VORO, and the Allioo platform was created by Anthony to make the process more seamless and transparent for landlords and tenants alike.

  • Listing your property for rent costs one month’s rent. The commission is split with the tenant’s agent if the tenant has one. If a tenant is obtained without an agent, the landlord will receive a 25% discount, as there will be no tenant agent to compensate. In this case, our team will handle the tenant directly through the rental process, ensuring everything is managed smoothly.

  • Our service includes professional photos, video tours, 3D walkthroughs, tenant screening, a dedicated listing page, showing feedback, and assistance with lease agreements. Landlords also receive access to a dashboard for tracking tenant inquiries and offers in real-time.

  • We gather necessary documents through the Allioo platform for landlords to review and verify. It is solely the landlord’s responsibility to verify all documentation, ensuring compliance with any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

    At the conclusion of the listing process, all documents will be emailed to both the tenant and landlord for their records.

  • Yes, tenant screening is included as part of the service. This process involves gathering documents such as credit reports, income verification, rental history, and background checks. However, it is the landlord’s responsibility to verify all information provided during the screening process.

  • The Tenant Offer Dashboard allows landlords to view and compare offers from tenants, whether they have an agent or not. This feature provides all the information landlords need to make informed decisions.

  • No, all communication is facilitated through the tenant's agent, Allioo platform or Anthony Johnson to maintain a professional and seamless process.

  • Allioo leverages professional marketing assets, dynamic listing pages, and a wide network to maximize property exposure. We aim to attract reliable tenants swiftly by providing all the necessary information they need to make decisions.
